While we are relatively new to the PC building space, we are happy to announce we have already made our first official sale of our KAngel build!

We look to build a reputation of making eye-catching builds with fair pricing and reliability, and provide extensive customer service.

What makes YANDERUU unique?

We specialize in custom anime and video game PC's unlike you have seen before! No bland and boring builds, only ones that not only are high end performance, but also simply look... good. We coordinate custom decals and accessories, aesthetically pleasing colors, all unique and made with the utmost care.

What is the process before paying for a PC?

Accepted Answer

Once you fill out the form and we receive it, we would then send an official quote to you via email within 72 hours. This would outline all the details of the build (parts and our aesthetic ideas), as well as the total price. The quote can always be updated and once things are finalized on both sides, we accept payment via an invoice.

What payment options are there?

We accept main debit and credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and more options like Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.  We also offer flexible payment plans through Klarna.

All payments are secure and fully encrypted, utilizing the most up-to-date encryption technology to protect card information and other PII.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Due to the instability of the current PC market queue time and complexity of the build, the time does vary. We would get back to you on the specifics depending on the current state of things at that time. However, you can feel security in us updating you.

What warranty do you offer?

Accepted Answer

While there is manufacturers warranty, there are some cases it can become nullified. An example of this would be a painted GPU per request.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

While we do not offer returns, we can promise our PC's are thoroughly tested before shipment. We take great care in our shipping, using expandable foam and other packaging materials to make sure its safe. Of course, once we hand over the PC to ship it is no longer in our hands, but we do offer insurance and will file a claim with the carrier when needed.
