1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By placing an order with YANDERUU, ("Company", "we", "us"), you ("Customer") agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all custom builds and pre-built PC's.

2. ORDERING AND PAYMENTS

​

​Payment is required in full up front (or through a payment plan) and is used for gathering components and materials necessary. You see what you get unless otherwise stated (parts stock may depending on supply and demand of the current market)

​

We possess the right to decline building any custom PC request that comes in.

​

Order changes: Once your order has been confirmed, you have a 24 hour window of any component or other minor changes. This may cost an additional fee.

​

3. WARRANTY

​

Components are covered by manufacturer's warranty unless modified. This is inclusive of custom paint jobs of the GPU from our team at YANDERUU and if you decide to buy the Add On package of overclocking.

​

We ensure all parts are compatible and thoroughly tested before shipment.

​

We are not responsible for abuse, neglect and misusage of the PC once it is used.

​

4. COPYRIGHT

​

We hereby claim ownership over any logos, drawings of our mascot and headers on our site. We do not claim ownership of external assets of anime and games in our builds. All credits due to their rightful owners. If you would like something removed, please email us at yanderuupcs@gmail.com.

5. SHIPPING AND DAMAGES

​

Risk of Loss: Risk shifts to the buyer once the PC's are given to the carrier. We are not responsible for what happens once we drop off your package.

​

Damage Claim: Any physical defects or damages must be reported with 3 business days of receiving the PC. Ensure all packaging materials are kept for insurance claim purposes.

​

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total price paid for the services and components.

​

7. GOVERNING LAW

​

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, USA.
